I am a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and NCS (National Counselling Society). This means that I am committed to providing the highest standards of proficiency and ethical practice.
I have delivered counselling for the NHS, Mind (mental health charity), Cruse (bereavement support) and the Margaret Jackson Centre, which is a dedicated therapy hub in Exeter. I have also worked extensively with a leading dementia charity and volunteered with the Samaritans. All this has given me considerable experience working with people with life limiting illnesses and providing support for their families and carers.
I am an affiliate counsellor for Health Assured, the UK’s largest provider of EAP (Employee Assistance Programmes).
I am also a certified Online and Telephone Counsellor.
