Welcome to my website. My name is Jurgen Wolfram Schwarz.
I’m a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist.
Adv Dip Couns, MNCPS (Accred), MBACP (Reg)
I offer a special therapeutic relationship to support people undergoing unwanted and unexpected changes in their lives.
From my experience counselling with Mind (the mental health charity) and the NHS (mental health), together with working with the Alzheimer’s Society (the leading dementia charity) and volunteering with the Samaritans and Cruse Bereavement Support, I have developed the following counselling specialisms (click on the yellow links to find out more):
I also support Family Carers who often struggle with the responsibilities of caring and the change in their lives.
- Are you frustrated, angry, feeling trapped, losing hope, despairing?
- Are you experiencing a life-changing event that you are finding it difficult to adjust to?
- Have you been diagnosed or live with a life-limiting illness such as advanced cancer, motor neurone disease (MND), Parkinson's, dementia?
- Are you finding it difficult to cope with the loss or death of a loved one?
- Are you a family carer whose life has been turned upside down with your caring responsibilities?
worries may fade when feelings are voiced in safe surroundings
Whatever is going on for you, whatever your dismay, sorrow or suffering, there is help. There is support. Things can get better, and things can change. Disturbances can flatten, wounds can improve. A breakdown could be a breakthrough.
